Supply Chain Manager

Key Piece of Recruitment for a Global Manufacturer, for their Stafford location. Reporting into the Site Manager, this role will plays a key, central function within the overall planning and production of this manufacturing site. With 7 direct reports ranging from Buyer, through to Design, Production and Warehouse operations, you'll need to have a hands on background with strong Leadership experience, where you're used to working and delivering change at pace as well as making decisions to drive performance and best practice. Candidates who can demonstrate a track record of delivering CI and have a real desire to continue to within a Manufacturing and/or steel environment will have a distinct advantage within this role.
