My Client is a leading B2B Manufacturing Business that uses salesforce to manage it's Client List and Ordering functions. They are currently looking to hire an experienced BA to act as the product owner for their CRM and help guide the system s they incrementally improve it. Benefits Remote Working 1-2 days a week 25 days holiday a year plus performance related bonus An opportunity to take ownership of the salesforce system and make an impact on how it works for the business Role & Responsibilities Act as product owner and manage the system and its 300 users Work with stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and work alongside the Developer to improve the system Manage the Salesforce Administrator who looks after implementing updates and recording feedback.
