Overview

Our Direct Mortgage area is the heart of our mortgage customer service and our Telephone Mortgage Coordinators are key in delivering this. Due to our continued internal growth we’re looking for people who thrive off delivering excellent service, to join our teams. Our Mortgage Contact Centre provides the first point of contact for all our mortgage customers. It’s a fast paced, friendly and supportive environment where every day is different Your main responsibilities will be taking phone calls from our diverse range of customers, helping and supporting them with their mortgage questions and queries. Our aim is to give customers clear, accurate information in a friendly, professional and efficient way. We have a clear passion to deliver an exceptional telephone service and achieve quality goals, but this not a sales based role and there are no targets. Once you are confident, you can progress through a structured accreditation programme. You won't need any previous mortgage or telephone contact centre experience to be successful, but you will have current or very recent experience of working in a customer interactive environment. You'll already have evidence of being in a fast paced role and the ability of dealing with more complex or technical queries / situations involving customers You'll be accurate and have the ability to deal with our customer’s enquiries. Coping with pressures and problem solving ability will be a part of the role so you’ll be a dedicated, professional and committed person with a flexible, team focused approach. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, flexibly across the following hours: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 10am to 4pm Sunday Start date for the role is the 18th May 2020 and your first 5 weeks will consist of a mixture of comprehensive training and support to get you taking your first calls from our customers. (Due to the training and to make sure you get the best set up, we will not be allow any holiday in this time frame)
