Overview
Working for a well-established distribution company in their small and friendly support team. You will be providing second line service desk support to internal users and external clients on their systems. You will need to have demonstrable experience of the following: 1st and 2nd line support Excellent inter-personal skills Windows (and ideally Linux) servers experience VM Ware (and Veeam) knowledge Active Directory experience Telephony, switches, routers knowledge. A starting salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus benefits is on offer, with the opportunity once fully up and running to earn additional overtime by being on call. The role will be based in Hatfield in Herts. Immediate start available
