Recruitment Resourcer £18,000- £23,000 Leeds City Centre 8.30am - 5.30pm (no weekend work) Have you been thinking of leaving your current agency as you feel micro managed, or that there is not enough progression? Responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer; - Supporting with specific recruitment drives to source suitable candidates - Sourcing candidates via a variety of job boards - Screening candidates via telephone - Screening candidates in person in face to face registrations - Writing job adverts, ensuring job descriptions have been sent to candidates, writing candidate profiles etc. - Attending client meetings across West Yorkshire with a Managing Consultant - Evolving overtime and taking over the general management of the clients you visit - Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required - Experience of having worked in a fast paced environment - Skills of a Recruitment Resourcer; - Ideally a background in some form of sales, having previously worked towards targets/KPI’s - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential - Clear, confident and engaging telephone manner - Demonstrated experience of having to be persistent, resilient and self-motivated - A consistent work history, or if recently out of education an ability to demonstrate sticking power through out of work activities e.g. Competitive sport - A genuine want to be successful and to develop as a professional within the recruitment field Perks and Benefits - Newly renovated, light airy spacious office space based in the city Centre (5 minute walk from the train station) - Excellent earning potential which will grow year on year - Progression/development - Generous holiday entitlement with your birthday off and additional floating hours for you to use at your leisure - Quarterly team nights out - Company laptop with full remote access and market leading databases - Full administrative support from our business support function - Highly supportive team environment all round Due to the amount of response we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to individuals, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
