We are very excited to be supporting this global manufacturing organisation with appointing their first Organisational Development Manager. Forming part of the HR team the focus of this role will be to support the business to deliver its growth strategy, increasing the ability of individuals to thrive in a rapidly changing, growing and demanding environment. Taking an active role with the senior leadership team, you will be a ‘Changemaker’ enabling delivery of the people agenda in various areas such as talent optimisation, succession planning and development initiatives from grass roots through to management. You will hold experience within organisational development at management level within a fast paced environment, be a champion for change and hold a true passion for unlocking the power and potential of people.
