Overview

An exciting opportunity exists working for one of global clients as they look to engage an Organisational Design expert for 12 months. The role will be critical to support the business on its current global change agenda. Supporting the Head of, this role will encompass everything from being accountable for leading and delivering multiple design projects, challenging the business and providing expertise advice, reviewing best practice and industry standards, whilst building a constant understanding of the business and its influences. Excellent communication skills are a mist for this role, as it having had experience of working closely with ExCo leaders and teams below. If you are coming from a consulting background this would be an advantage.
