Overview
I have an exciting opportunity for up to 4 candidates to join a great team within a Charity based in Sutton, looking after Housing management in a supported housing environment. This is a Temp to Perm position for tenacious, hard working, empathetic candidates who are passionate about inspiring young people and helping them improve their life skills and self confidence. Please apply if you have proven experience in safeguarding, working with young people in a professional environment. Other skills required: A good understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young homeless people Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance, specifically the Children's Act, Anti Social Behaviour Legislation and Housing Legislation Experience of working with different agencies and understanding support plans Must be outcomes focused
