Job Title: SME Client Advisors Location: Leeds Industry: Insurance Type: Permanent Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP28,000 We have several positions for SME Client Advisors to be based in Leeds to join a well-known Brokerage in their continuous development and growth. · To work with an existing book of commercial clients in order to provide a smooth account handling service · Support clients with their diverse range of queries within a full cycle of insurance · Manage combined insurance queries · Manage diverse multi-class of commercial insurance products · To produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation in a compliant manner · Respond to all queries in a timely, positive and professional manner. · To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across the Group. · To suggest opportunities to help generate business within our existing book of clients. Requirements: · Any Account Handling experience is needed · Demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem solving skills · Ability to use insurance industry IT systems · Minimum one year experience within a commercial account handler role · Team player, happy to work in a busy environment Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 If you have the relevant experience please do not hesitate to contact us now on or email us at .
