JOB SUMMARY This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing, recently-established branch of one of the UK’s fastest growing healthcare providers. Your primary objective will be to support the continued growth of a branch that’s gone from zero to 400 care hours per week, in its first 6 months of operation. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and managerial responsibility, whilst also benefiting from the kind of support in key areas that only well-established companies can provide. THE OPPORTUNITY This company has over 25 years experience in delivering care and support to individuals in their own homes, and supplying nurses, healthcare assistants, home carers and more to the private and public sector. Their aim is to deliver the highest possible standard of care services and first class customer service. This particular branch has been operational for 6 months and has grown in that time to 400 care hours per week. We are now looking for a high quality manager who is capable of maintaining this growth curve, all the way to 1500 hours and beyond. We are looking for someone who has experience of managing and growing a domiciliary or supported living service. You should be business-minded and capable of high-quality decision-making, whilst at the same time being prepared to muck in and get your hands dirty e.g. by sharing on-call responsibilities and providing care in an emergency. You will be supported by an excellent head office team in areas such as marketing, compliance, recruitment, business development, homecare, contracts, accounts and more. REWARDS In return for your hard work and commitment, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary in the region of £35-40K.
