LOCATION:Northampton, Northamptonshire TYPE:Full Time Permanent SALARY:£38-45,000 About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for talented Audit Professionals to join a leading accountancy and business advisory firm. You will be working with an extensive and broad portfolio of audit clients, within the owner-managed and corporate space. The Audit Manager will work alongside the Client Service Directors and audit RI’s on key and mid-tier accounts. The position will be in a client facing-facing role, establishing strong relationships with a significant number of business owners across the region. Requirements: The ideal candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified or be able to demonstrate significant qualification by experience. Significant prior experience of managing a portfolio of audit clients is essential as is recent and significant accounting experience including knowledge of UK GAAP and Company law.The ideal candidate will have proven experience of Audit testing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts and disclosures as well as strong technical ability with a working knowledge of recent developments in relation to audit, accounting and tax compliance (FRS 102, FRS102 1a, ISA’s).
