Global Process Owner

A world leader in the design and manufacture of electronic systems for the chemical industry is seeking a Global Process Owner, to join then their Headquarters & Global Technology Centre in Burgess Hill site. The company are a major global leading engineering company who are part of a business worth over £10 billion. They develop complex, high value, high speed machinery which is used in the manufacture of semiconductors. Some of the key accountabilities for this exciting opportunity for the Global Process Owner, Burgess Hill will be to evaluate, design, measure, monitor and control business process. Job responsibilities will also include business process outcomes are in harmony with the company's strategic goals, you will work across all departments of the organisation to help to improve the management of business processes. You will work with the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that will impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organisation to consistently meet its business objectives and goals. This role will pursue continuous improvement and promote new process innovation to achieve cultural shift required to help the organisation embrace the new innovation. The Global Process Owner, Burgess Hill will ideally be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position. The candidate must have worked with a global manufacturing organisation. Ideally you will have strong SAP FI/CO skills and experience of working with (or in) financial service centres. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering business process improvements within a global complex organisation.
