Exciting opportunity for RGN's and Paramedic's in the North West to work on the 111 service - Up to £35ph DON'T MISS THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY - PAID TRAINING PROVIDED & HOME WORKING Hays Healthcare have been the primary supplier of NHS 111 Clinical Advisors in the North West for over 6 years. We are currently recruiting for a unique role, offering a fresh challenge ideal for paramedics and nurses wanting to broaden their clinical skills. Join the 111 team on a full-time basis. Your new company This client is the largest 111 provider in England both in terms of the number of calls handled and population served, with call centres all over the North West including Bolton, Liverpool and Carlisle. Operational 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, the provider requires hours covering throughout the day and night ensuring you have the flexibility to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Your new role You will be fully integrated into the team, where you will undergo industry leading training and mentorship. Your role will be to answer 111 calls from the general public, then using your professional clinical knowledge you will provide immediate access to clinical advice on their condition or illness, and sign post to appropriate services. What you need to be successful The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience in front line/urgent care paramedic work, A&E, urgent care, telephone triage, custody/prison nursing, practice nursing, community/district nursing A current NMC or HCPC registration and be willing to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week You must be able to complete the initial 4 week, full time training period Good IT, keyboard and communication skills What you'll get in return 3 weeks paid training and preceptorship (includes training on decision support software) Homeworking available after 6 months employment An opportunity to enhance your professional development A single point of contact at Hays from an industry expert Excellent pay rates via PAYE or Umbrella options Weekly Payroll, free DBS check, mandatory training and pathology services Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
