An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate residential property lawyer to work alongside, Adam Fletcher Director of Property, Ashley Sowerby Solicitor and a great team of support staff. The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own workload with one of the key objectives to contribute to the development and growth of the department. Your responsibilities will include: Day to day handling of property transactions. Experience of running your own case load Conduct of matters on behalf of clients Work as part of the team Participation in marketing and business development activities The Person Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care.
