Calling all Registered Nurses, Paramedics, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with current NMC/HCPC Registration and a minimum of 2 years experience. This permanent position will involve face-to-face assessments with Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claimants to provide a structured report that will be used by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in their claim decision process. Starting salary of £30,000 - £34,000 with full and part time roles available. Main Responsibilities To undertake face to face assessments using IT software to support clinical decisions. To analyse and interpret clinical information and medical evidence and provide a report in a professional and concise manner. To be motivated, show commitment and be flexible at all times. Ensure that professional practice standards and 'best practice' are maintained in all areas of work. Essential Skills and Experience Two years post registration experience. Ability to work to targets and specified standards. IT literate with experience of using a range of software. Broad based experience and assessment skills. Ability to multi-task demonstrating that you are able to listen, assess and take notes and have the confidence to control an assessment. Key Benefits Excellent salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum. Fixed hours Monday to Friday 9-5 232.5 hours annual leave per year including bank holidays Full time and part time is considered to work on a rota system Training given and this is a 10 day residential training course.
