Overview
We're currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work for our client at a large, static site in the Hatfield area. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to HVAC, plumbing, boilers, plant rooms, along with general property maintenance work as required. The ideal person will have: - City & Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Plumbing - Experience of working in a facilities maintenance role - customer facing. - Knowledge of other trades is an advantage - building fabric, electrical etc. - Excellent problem solving skills. The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company who have a stronf reputation within the FM sector. This position will be temporary to permanent for the right person.
