Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Cardiff £30,000 - £50,000 A rewarding opportunity has recently become available for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Coveyancer to join a highly regarded high street practice with excellent career prospects on offer. The role would entail taking on an existing caseload of Residential Property files, On offer is a highly competitve salary of up to £50K Required Skills & Responsibilities; - 2 years PQE Experience - Be able to hit the ground running dealing with a variety of Residential Conveyancing files - Excellent client care skills - Be a Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer - Ability to handle files from inception through to completion About you; - Be passionate about Residential Property - Highly motivated individual - Be able to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent work ethic - Be able to work towards and achieved targets This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly reputable high street firm which offers excellent career prospects for the right person.
