Head Chef-Pub Kitchen

We are currently working alongside our client in Marsden, near Huddersfield, seeking to recruit a head chef for their small but popular pub kitchen. The menu is all fresh and runs based on seasonality and local suppliers, as head chef you will have full control over the menus and specials. The pub kitchen operates straight shifts and is closed on Monday and Tuesday, meaning days off together each week is on offer. The basic salary is circa £28k, please note that due to the size of the kitchen, you will be required to work on your own initiative on quieter days.
