Overview
Production Manager Portsmouth £40,000 - £45,000 DOE plus performance related bonus Berry Recruitment are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established and expanding production company based near Fareham. As Production Manager, you will be required to oversee the running of the factory and the production process. Implementing Lean and 5S processes. You will have had previous experience within a Production management position with a proven track record of achieving continual sustained improvements in quality, cost and the development of staff and systems in the manufacturing sector. Knowledge and application of various techniques such as value stream mapping, 5s and lean principles is advantageous.
