A Chef de Partie job is available at a hotel situated in the Bolton region of Lancashire Role: The Head Chef of a hotel with a multi-outlet dining operation is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to their kitchen team.As Chef de Partie you will be joining a large team of chefs in the kitchen preparing dishes for the restaurant as well as the banqueting department which is popular with events, banqueting and conferences.The hotel has investment planned for the kitchen next year making this a great time to join and be a part of the team working in a brand new kitchen. Requirements: A Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who has gained good all round cooking skills working in fresh food focused kitchens is needed to take on the position.It is important that you are used to cooking in a high volume kitchen with previous experience of catering for banquets and events as well as restaurants.A keen chef looking for a role where they can develop their own skills and work up the ladder in the kitchen would be ideal.
