Overview
A Kitchen Manager is required to join a restaurant located in Sheffield Role: A restaurant offering modern, street food that can serve up to 500 covers on the busiest days is seeking a Kitchen Manager to run service.The kitchen has a team of 15 chefs creating a combination of light meals, pub food and casual dining dishes all served in a street food style.This a high volume kitchen that needs a Kitchen Manager who is organised in their approach to work with the ability to ensure that all chefs are aware of their own responsibility and are fully prepared for service times. Requirements: The role needs an experienced manager who has either been working as a Kitchen Manager or a Head Chef in a fast paced, all fresh food kitchen most recently. The ability to manage a department that is creating a large number of covers, seven days a week is essential for this role.Previous experience leading a kitchen with a five star hygiene rating is essential for this role.
