A luxury country hotel in Inverness-Shire is recruiting for a strong Sous Chef to join the kitchen Role: The Head Chef of a leading, fine dining hotel is recruiting for a Sous Chef role in order to find a strong chef to work closely with them.In this role of Sous Chef you will be preparing dishes for the fine dining restaurant, the lounge and afternoon teas as well as catering for special events including exclusive use weddings.The food served in the award winning restaurant focuses on modern dishes created with classic French influences, as Sous Chef you will be encouraged to have an input on some of the menus.Your role will require you to be active in the training and development of the junior members of the brigade. Requirements: The role needs a strong Sous Chef who has a stable CV with experience working in kitchens awarded with at least two AA Rosettes.All chefs should have all round abilities in the kitchen with plenty of experience of running service times and leading others in the kitchen whilst sharing your knowledge with the junior members.
