Chef de Partie Oxfordshire- 4, 1AA Rosette, Good Hours, £26K (Live in) We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this amazing, Cotswold hotel based in the market town of Burford in Oxfordshire. Part of a renowned group, this 4 property boats 1AA Rosette in their restaurant and is a very popular wedding venue too, seeing around 100 functions per year. We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this Oxfordshire property that really knows their way around a kitchen and who has experience working with fresh produce. You will work in a brigade of 6 and will help the Head Chef manage the jnr members of the team. We are looking for Chef de Partie for this Oxfordshire property ideally with some hotel experience, due to the regular function work they have. We also need someone with a little flair to maintain the 1AA Rosette awarded in the restaurant. Working around 45 hours per week, they can also offer you slightly earlier finishes when a function is on, as the main kitchen closes early evening.
