A hotel located within the Wilmslow region of Cheshire is seeking a Chef de Partie Role: A Chef de Partie position is available at an award winning hotel which offers high quality dining to its guests and dining customers.The kitchen of the hotel has full autonomy to create the menus with the Head Chef encouraging all chefs to bring their own ideas forward when the new menus are being planned.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be given the opportunity to experience working on all sections in the kitchen preparing dishes for the restaurant as well as some function work.This hotel is located within driving distance of Wilmslow but there are also good transport links in the area for those that do not drive. Requirements: An enthusiastic Chef de Partie who has been working in a high quality, award winning kitchen is needed for this role.Good basic cooking skills are essential for this role as well as an enthusiasm to continue learning in order to push yourself forward.
