A Demi Chef de Partie role is available at a luxury Surrey hotel offering award winning dining Role: An excellent opportunity is available for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade working at a luxury hotel where you will be catering for different dining options on offer to the guests.The main restaurant at the hotel holds a number of awards and accolades for delivering exceptional standards of cooking with Brasserie style menus that offer the freshest, most seasonal dishes.At the same time as Demi Chef de Partie you will also be required to prepare dishes for room service, afternoon teas and the functions taking place at the hotel. Requirements: All chefs applying for this role should have been working at two AA Rosette level in their previous roles ideally as a strong Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie.It is important that you can settle well into a small, dedicated team of chefs who are continually developing the food offering in place at the property.
