A village pub located in the Loughborough region is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie Role: The role of Chef de Partie is available at a village pub that offers menus featuring traditional pub fayre with a main menu, light bites, steak/ grill menu and Sunday dinners.Working within a team of three chefs the role needs a Chef de Partie who can work on all sections in the kitchen with dishes created from a combination of fresh and pre-pared dishes.The pub is part of a small company so it is important that all chefs can work to the company standards whilst also being given the opportunity to progress within the group. Requirements: A Chef de Partie who has good all round cooking skills and is used to working within a busy pub kitchen is needed for this role.A chef who is seeking a role that can offer you long-term career options would be ideal as you will be able to continue training in order to progress your knowledge.
