A four star hotel located in Manchester is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team Role: A varied Chef de Partie position is available at a large, four star hotel located in the city centre.In this position of Chef de Partie you will help to prepare dishes for a number of different dining outlets including the grill style restaurant; the lounges; room service and a high volume banqueting department.As a result this role is ideal for a Chef de Partie who wishes to widen their all round cooking abilities in the kitchen. Requirements: A Chef de Partie who has already gained experienced within a hotel kitchen would be ideal for this role.It is essential that you are capable of running a section under pressure in a bus, fresh food kitchen.
