Mechanical Supervisor - Reputable M&E Contractor - Loughton Company Overview: My Client is a reputable M&E Contractor based in Loughton, Established over 25yrs ago, they have an annual turnover of £60m. They work predominantly across large residential high rise projects in Central London and within the M25, together with Commercial & Energy Centre Projects Mechanical Supervisor - Reputable M&E Contractor - Loughton They are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor, ideally with Residential high rise projects, including Energy Centres, a candidate that can help to grow the business and be an integral part of the team over the long term. Duties: Key Tasks & Responsibilities Ensure setting out and marking out is done correctly Ensure stock levels of materials are maintained on site Check and organise materials and plant deliveries Booking crane/forklift as required Witness works testing and sign off test sheets in line with Test and Inspection Plan Manage relationships with site agents and contractors in a professional manner Monitor work quality on Klipboard Monitor adherence to health and safety Liaise with other trade supervisors, health and safety advisors, inspectors, advisors as required Advise site foreman of issues and changes on site Ensure Health & Safety is being adhered to on site Deputise for Foreman if absent Key Skills & Behaviours Communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving Decision making Planning and evaluation Knowledge of current health and safety regulations Knowledge of heating and plumbing products used by the Company Knowledge of the mechanical process, first fix to handover Salary The salary on offer for this role is up to £50kpackage, dependent upon experience.
