Overview

Data Entry Administrator The data administrator will input data and check items are rightfully recorded in the systems. Also, will track and trace customers attained rebates or other customer rewards in collaboration with Accounts Receivable teams. The successful candidate will accurately input data to accomplish flawless and smooth business administration. Your Key Deliverables: Summarise data entry to excel and circulate to partners Check duplication of customer deals when Sales Team raises deals approvals into new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales Deduction management system Liaising with customers and Sales teams to ensure deals are accurately accrued and communicated in timely manner with internal processes are followed Reporting of status of Sales Deduction budgets to partners Working with AR team to validate and process of customer claims received and management of account accruals What we need for this role: Essential Hard Skills Required: Advanced skills in MS Excel - highly experienced with data sort, filter, pivots, charts, vlookup Ability to generate data visualisations / graph representations Essential Soft Skills: Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with soft skillset Excellent administration skills Well planned & organised Eagerness to learn and expand skillset Ability to work in a high pressure environment Willing to work overtime when required to meet the urgent deadlines Consistent track record in demonstrating accountability and ownership PAYE: £12ph - £13.85ph Benefits: Bonus scheme, staff discounts, 25 days holiday (after AWR), staff restaurant and onsite parking Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
