Overview

Paraplanner - Financial Planning - Liverpool (J1121) This Chartered Financial Planning firm have been established over 10 years, employing over 40 people, including the 5 Directors, the leadership team, Financial Planners, Compliance, Business Support and Finance. Your role as Paraplanner, is to support the Financial Planner, Paraplanner Manager and the Compliance Team when informing and advising clients on financial strategies, plans and products and to be responsible in organising workflow. You will share the responsibility with the Financial Planners of dealing with client questions or concerns, and coordinate with the proper company personnel to provide timely and accurate answers for your clients. The Paraplanner team have a very important role, providing excellent technical support, and to build relationships by providing excellent customer service. Paraplanners are invited to client meeting when required and a close working relationship is encouraged with your Financial Planners to encourage productive, efficient and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Supporting the Financial Planner(s) in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives Supporting the Financial Planner(s) in preparing client suitability and cash flow reports Help maintain business flow Managing the research and analysis of financial products to meet client requirements Managing the presentation of technical data to the Financial Planner(s) Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally. Qualifications Level 4 diploma preferred but not essential. Experience This position requires good people skills.
