Overview
Our client is a prestige finance organisation based in a beautiful Marylebone. This company is a boutique searching for a polished Operations Assistant to join their team. This is an extremely varied role with the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of tasks including accounts, HR and marketing. This role will be supporting a small team day to day with an array of administrative tasks such as diary management. The office will be your area to 'own’ as you will be in charge of stationary, refreshments and distribution of post. Your responsibilities will be assisting with monthly payroll and expenses along with covering other projects including the website and its ongoing maintenance. You will act as a PA assisting with presentations, client visits and providing a personalised support system when needed. You will be involved in recruitment building relationships with recruitment agencies to negotiate fees and conduct interviews. It will also be your responsibility to coordinate work experience placements from different colleges and secure staff as required. You will have 3 years of experience within administration support and your communication skills will be second to none. To keep up with this varied role, an excellent positive attitude is vital. This role would suit a 2nd or 3rd jobber with experience of working in the banking industry or for a blue chip organisation.
