Trainee Recruitment Consultants Altrincham £20k Base Commission AKTON are at an exciting stage of growth and are currently looking for a number of Recruitment Consultants to manage identified markets within Manufacturing and Construction Engineering If you are tenacious with the drive to succeed, and have a strong work ethic then we are keen to speak to you, as these are the core skills required to be a successful Consultant here at Akton The successful candidate will start on a base salary of £20k Commission and OTE for the first year is circa £40k, second year will be anything from £60k- £130k (uncapped) dependent upon your performance.
