Overview
My client is a Global Leader in the luxury retail sector and due to a shift in focus towards maximising their Salesforce product offering, they are currently looking to hire a Salesforce Development Lead / Manager. As a business they recognise the key part Salesforce will play in their success and as a result are looking to put together a strong team of developers along with this role to lead the team from a technical and management perspective. This role would ideally suit an experienced Salesforce developer looking to make the jump up into a tech lead or management role or even someone currently working at management level but keen to work for a company with the resources and financial investment to make the most of this cutting edge technology. In terms of the role it will be based from my clients' Bicester HQ and can offer some flexibility on working from home if required. The role will be a permanent position with a very good salary, plus bonus and extensive benefits.
