Opticians Assistant Store Manager – Holloway This is a very exciting opportunity to join a hardworking team. We are looking for a full time opticians assistant store manager in North London. The long established modern practice is recruiting for an experienced candidate with previous experience as a team leader / supervisor / optical assistant ready to take the next step in their career? The Role Assisting with running of a large practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda. Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the general manager. Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward. Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged. Administration responsibilities and compliance. Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles. Excellent communication skills and self-motivated. Confident, friendly and organised.
