Commercial Account Handler

An established and successful independent commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an additional Commercial Account Broker to complement their existing team. This opportunity will be to deal with cross class commercial risks paying between £2,000 to £60,000 GWP from a broad range of industry sectors. You will work closely with Directors and Account Executives to manage a portfolio of clients from new business broking, MTA's and renewals, as well as some ad-hoc administration. In addition, you will be the sole point of contact for a portfolio of SME sized clients. Candidates from a SME Account Handling and Commercial Underwriting background will be considered, the pre-requisites are that you will have a solid base of technical knowledge spanning most classes of commercial insurance, as well as strong client servicing skills and administration skills. A positive team work ethic and attention to detail is also key to success in this role.
