The specialist Credit Hire department is recognised for its outstanding quality of work. They specialise in all areas of Personal Injury, with a real forte in claimant and defendant Credit Hire. The team consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, and you will have full support from legal assistants and administrators to ensure that you can provide the highest level of service for your insurer clients. You will be given responsibility for your own portfolio of Credit Hire claims, which you will be expected to handle with little to no supervision The majority of your caseload will be litigated, so it is expected that you will be confident litigating and have a sound understanding of the litigation processes and procedures. The work that the Credit Hire team deal with is of the highest quality and they work on behalf of some of the UK's leading insurers. You will be a technically strong and passionate credit hire litigator (paralegal or fee earner) and have dealt with a credit hire claim from start to finish.
