A well regarded Legal 100 firm has a new opportunity for a commercial solicitor to join their Healthcare team based in Manchester City Centre. Joining this well known, dedicated Healthcare team, you will advise on a broad range of commercial healthcare matters for the NHS and private sector organisations. You will be operating within the Health and Social Care sector (including health tech on a range of complex commercial and contractual issues, including new care models). You will run a varied caseload which may also include commercial contracts, regulatory matters, joint ventures and alliance and partnership agreements. Also, you will advise on procurements of healthcare services and acquisitions involving health and other public sector bodies. The department is going from strength to strength meaning that there are great career opportunities for progression. You must be a qualified commercial solicitor with proven experience in a similar environment, ideally having had some exposure to healthcare sector clients, although other relevant sector experience will be considered. PQE range is fairly open as the firm is keen to receive applicants at the associate level. You will play an active part in supporting marketing/business development, so being a keen networker would be ideal as you develop your client relationships.
