Family Solicitor

A highly regarded law firm that is top-ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK is looking for a 4 years' qualified family solicitor to join the team in Harpenden. The successful family solicitor will have gained experience at a well-regarded family firm and will be able to demonstrate experience in key areas of family law including divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications. Ideally, you must have private family work experience including high net worth clients. Advocacy experience is an advantage but is not essential. The role requires the successful candidate to promote the firm through both internal and external events, so you must be comfortable getting involved.
