Overview
Residential Conveyancer, Lancaster Modern and customer focused national law firm is growing its team and is keen to hear from ambitious Conveyancers with a successful proven track record. The residential property team is long established and CQS accredited and the opportunity is based at its Lancaster office, which is headed by a recognised and well respected solicitor. THE OPPORTUNITY You will be working as part of a supportive and inclusive team handling your own diverse caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages to include, new build, buy to let, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity, probate sales and lease extensions from initial inception to completion with an assistant. The firm offers a strong network of good quality work to include referred work and established relationships with local estate agents and national homeloan organisations. A minimum of 2 years experience managing your own diverse caseload of conveyancing files and the ability to handle complex residential property matters with minimal supervision is essential.
