The role The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing, Luton, Bedfordshire office. The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a large proportion of which is central London work, which you would normally only expect to see top City firms dealing with. The caseload will be varied making for an interesting role. You will deal with a client base ranging from SME, entrepreneurs, national companies and FTSE 250 companies. The work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Development, Investment, Landlord and tenant and Commercial leases. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
