An extremely well regarded full-service traditional practice in the heart of Chester is expanding its award-winning specialist Residential Conveyancing Department and is seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and hard working residential conveyancing solicitor/legal executive. The Residential Conveyancing Department is recognised in the Chester area for its high-quality work and outstanding service to its clients. In line with its expansion plans for the wider team, it is looking for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor/legal executive to play an integral part of the team. You will take responsibility for an active caseload of conveyancing transactions including sales & purchase, leasehold & freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage etc. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ-5 years' PQE) or licensed conveyancer with a solid background in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be confident working independently but will also assist the wider team on more complex transactions as and when necessary.
