Property Litigation (Re-Train) - Part Time Offered
Overview
Opportunity for a conveyancing or civil litigation fee earner to retrain into a property litigation role and deal with enfranchisement of commercial & residential properties. Based in Shrewsbury town centre this is an ideal opportunity to work within a commercial environment. Part time will also be offered for those looking for a reduction in hours. You will need 2 years' experience within a conveyancing or litigation role and have a solid understanding of property transactions, or competent at running your own litigation caseload. You will be acting for both landlords and leaseholders on lease extension matters and will be provided comprehensive training on enfranchisement as you will be dealing long leases as well as dealing with lease extensions. The client base will be nationwide however there is a particular focus on London properties with complex Leaseholds. This is a fantastic opportunity to retrain into Property Litigation and deal with more commercial work in a modern environment at a forward thinking law firm. Salary for this role will be based on experience level but will be based on experience with salaries starting at £30k.
