RTA Litigation Executive
Overview
A growing specialist personal injury firm is looking to appoint an experienced RTA litigation executive to join the friendly and ambitious team in Stockport, Greater Manchester. As an RTA litigator, you will be working alongside a highly experienced Head of Department managing a caseload of predominantly fast-track RTA litigated matters which have fallen out of the MOJ Portal. You will also have the full responsibility from taking the claims through to trial or settlement as necessary. To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced RTA litigation executive with at least 1 years' litigated experience in managing your own caseload.
