This opportunity would suit an established commercial property partner or senior associate with a strong client following who is seeking a vibrant firm in which your opinion and voice are valued by the Senior Management Team. You must have a solid background dealing with quality, commercial property matters, acting for a variety of clients such as businesses, individuals, banks and local authorities. The Commercial Property Department is Legal 500 recommended and highly regarded in the area. It handles a wide range of work including commercial property development, property refinancing and site acquisitions and the sale and purchase of commercial properties such as large investment properties. This partner role has been created to complement the existing team, hence, you must be self-generating with a large client following, strong business development skills and an ability to manage a junior team who report to you.
