You will handle sales and purchase of commercial property, commercial leases, planning and infrastructure agreements, industrial developments, large residential sites, large scale disposals, energy and renewables matters and housing associations. There is a blank canvass for you to bring in work as and when you pick it up. Ideally, you will have trained and gained experience in a commercial property department of note alongside a professional partner or senior associate. You will be commercial in approach, have made an impact elsewhere already and with your 2 years' PQE under your belt, you will be pushing on now for the next challenge in your career. You could be a qualified solicitor or a legal executive with excellent organisational skills and will be comfortable working as part of a team. The East of England is a great place to live and work with favourable house prices with a good quality of work/life balance being offered by the firm.
