This role further offers a high level of client contact and excellent opportunities for career progression. 1 OVERVIEW: • Whilst you will have the opportunity to specialise in your preferred area, you will gain exposure to all aspects of private client work • This ranges from wills, trusts and probate to Court of Protection and wealth preservation and succession planning • You will be motivated to contribute to the development of the business, given your integral role in driving business development initiative • You will be highly organised in your responsibility for a personal caseload • As an ambitious, driven and determined Private Client Solicitor, you will possess a keen interest in wills, trusts, tax, Powers of Attorney and estate planning • You will display an excellent academic record, with strong technical knowledge of the relevant areas of the law • The role requires a flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team and in pressurised situations • Ultimately you will be driven to provide an excellent client service, offering clear and practical advice across all aspects of private client work • This firm offers an enviable work-life balance with a solid career progression for ambitious and committed individuals
