Overview

This particular opportunity will be based in the Edinburgh office where the well-regarded Liability Team seeks to take on a personal injury associate solicitor. You will join a fantastic team and have excellent exposure to high quality matters, along with working alongside some of the most respected people in the field. Offering real progression prospects and a friendly working environment, this personal injury associate solicitor role should be considered by anybody looking to take a step up career-wise. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied and high quality caseload (both pre-litigation and litigated files) from low value to more complex higher value cases. You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload of defender liability claims which will include RTA and EL/PL and large loss claims. You will have existing court litigation experience including a solid understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. Experience in working with and instructing counsel would be highly desirable. You will ideally have experience of working within a defendant personal injury law firm.
