Due to a steady increase in instructions, this client is now looking for an additional residential property solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join the friendly and vibrant team in Kingsbridge. You will have a good understanding of a wide range of residential legal matters including unregistered land, help to buy and shared ownership matters. This firm acts for a variety of clients including high net worth individuals buying and selling expensive homes. As well as the new business already coming in, you will be enthusiastic about building further business relationships and forging your own connections for the future. Qualified solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with at least 1-2 years' residential conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply.
