An experienced Partner with Property experience is required to join a long established, Lancaster based firm. The Firm Highly respected throughout the region, my client provides a seamless service which other firms find hard to match. Role Summary As the appointed Partner and Head of Residential with Light Commercial Property, you will be required to provide clients with a top-quality personal service specialising in all aspects of residential and light commercial property work. This is an opportunity to become a Partner and senior member of the team within this highly regarded practice. Key Accountabilities: Demonstrate technical ability in all aspects of property work. Maintain the existing caseload and develop the client base to achieve personal profitability against targets. Manage and mentor the team. Integrate and become actively involved in the regional commercial communities. Actively network and raise the profile of the firm, attending local / regional functions and events. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client documents/information. About You The ideal Partner and Head of Property will have: 5 PQE as a Commercial Solicitor Proven background in Commercial Property Experience in dealing with clients at a high level and a proven ability to market successfully their expertise Experience of working with clients. Agricultural property and relating matters would also be advantageous Whats on offer? On offer for the successful Property Partner: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum You will be joining an exceptionally well managed and friendly firm with a loyal client base.
