VP of Shared Services (3PL Logistics) Newcastle Our clients, a Global 3pl Logistics player, are looking for a resilient, forward thinking VP Shared Services with proven experience of delivering excellence of service. Responsible for the delivery of back office support services Excellent stakeholder and communications skills Employee Services - Payroll, On boarding, Compliance, Contract Administration Transactional Services such as Procurement Administration, Payment for 15k staff, UK, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable IT Service Desk, Access Management Customer Services 24/7 Helpdesk Management Information Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Computer literate, using Microsoft Office packages (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) Good influencing skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels Flexible and adaptable Ability to take a diplomatic approach Ideally degree and ACCA/CIMA qualified. You will definitely need to have worked your way up through financial services to manage the Shared Services function in a matrix organisation and have a demonstrable track record. Interested?
